John L. Scott Real Estate was founded in 1931 in downtown Seattle, and has grown to become one of the most productive real estate brokerage companies in the nation. They pride themselves on supporting each individual sales associate and the relationship with their clients.
Situation: John L. Scott was interested in creating a website that was dedicated to educating new agents, as well as providing additional resources for seasoned agents on how to advance their careers.
Solution: N2Q took everything they needed in a site into careful consideration and built out a new website with multiple resources and a call to action, allowing JLS to identify potential recruits easily. We designed the new site on a WordPress platform so that JLS could easily maintain and update the site on their own.
